Fan Milk West Africa — European Procurement & Consolidation
Offshore Freight was engaged to procure, transport, store and ship consignments from Europe to Ghana and Nigeria. The project included warehouse operations in Aarhus, Denmark, where procured goods were consolidated and shipped by air or sea. The project demonstrates Offshore Freight's ability to manage international consolidation and regional supply chain coordination.
